Sunday Money is an online sweepstake platform for golf tournaments. It allows users to create and join private leagues, select golfers, and compete for a shared prize pot funded by entry fees paid between participants. Sunday Money is a platform provider only.

Sunday Money is operated for entertainment purposes only. It is not a gambling operator and does not hold a gambling licence. All leagues are private sweepstakes between consenting participants who know each other. Sunday Money does not set odds, take a cut of prize pots, or act as a bookmaker.

Entry fees are paid directly between participants. Sunday Money does not collect, hold, or distribute entry fees or prize money at any point. The League Captain is solely responsible for collecting entry fees and distributing winnings to the correct participants. Sunday Money accepts no liability for any failure to collect or distribute funds.

By creating a league, the Captain agrees to: collect entry fees from participants as described, distribute the prize pot to the winner(s) according to the league rules, and not modify the league rules or entry conditions after entries have opened.

Scores are determined by the platform's automated scoring system using data from third-party providers. Results produced by the platform are final. Sunday Money is not responsible for errors in third-party data or delays in score updates.

You must be 18 or over to use Sunday Money. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others.

Sunday Money is not affiliated with Augusta National, the USGA, The R&A, the PGA of America, or any other golf governing body or tour. Tournament names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Sunday Money is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the platform, inaccurate scores, platform downtime, or disputes between participants over prize money.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
